I woke up this morning and took a shower. Soon after I was finished my mother came to take me to lunch (breakfast to me). I didn't feel well last night or this morning, but I went anyway. Then we went to Target to look at phones, plus get some things for her and her hubby. For presents for my birthday (which has passed) I got a phone (my last one died) that's really cute. I would give a link so you could see, but apparently it doesn't exist. *grumbles* The other thing I got was a CD. I'm listening to it now. (look at the music thing for the song I'm listening to on repeat) :D (I really need to learn Gaelic.)

I'm going to make my mother take me to a shop near her work that I've always wanted to go in. Later, of course. Maybe somewhere else to.

I started reading a book that I thought might be interesting. I've stopped now, since the guy went to get books on how to pick up women. *head desk* and it's a woman that wrote the book. That just made me stop reading it, right there. I'll go on to the other one I got. I have to read something until the next Anita Blake book comes out.

PotC: AWE comes out friday in theaters! Whoo! I can't wait! :D

As a side note I HATE MY KEYBOARD!!!!!!!!! The R and other keys stick and I have to press them either so hard I break my fingers, or press something once and get two or three letters at once. I will be switching it with another later. Bye!

I felt like posting, but I didn't really have anything to say at first. Now I do!

I'm having problems with my keyboard and plot-bunnies. Keyboard doesn't want to do certain letters or symbols unless I press them four or five times in a row. The plot bunnies that are bothering me are my Mary Sue/X-men 2 story which would deviate into a Mary Sue/X-Men/Highlander story. (all because I read a fic where it was an X-Men/Highlander crossover. Or was it a Buffy/X-Men story with a quick Highlander bit? Hmm. I don't remember.) And my Mary Sue/The Mummy/The Mummy Returns story idea is also wanting to be written, but If I try, it won't come. (That's why I'm stuck on the X-Men one. I tried writing, but it wouldn't come out.) :( Most annoying.

I did post a fic to a list I'm on as a B-day prezzie. The B-day isn't for a while, but she and another person on the list liked it. :D But no one else said anything about it. :( But they did use my heading to wish the B-day girl a Happy B-day. *shrugs*

I'm still adjusting to having them, because this prescription is different from my last one and I was wearing them to get these. It's nice.

I have new glasses!

They're a shiny dark gray or pewter color, and they're only the half frames, instead of the full frames. I also made sure they sere bendy enough that if I sat on them (I have done this before) they would be able to be fixed. I was having fun on the way home, reading things I normally wouldn't be able to read clearly, like license plates.

I have new glasses! :D

Today has started out great! Not only do I wake up to a NC-17 dream about the story I did last night, but I was able to write it down before it went away. :D

I'm a happy birthday girl! :D Sex with Mac Taylor(CSI: NY) in my dreams this morning and writing the story last night. The story was a AU about the season finale that was on last night, so I won't say any more about it until Vo gets to see the ep.

I need a pic of Mac for an icon/avatar. I'd like one from the scene where he was getting treated and had taken off his shirt! (Just in case anyone with the capability could make it for me and reads this journal.) *drools at the thought* Such a pretty man. ~_^ :D

Otherwise known as Easter! As you can tell I scored in the chocolate department. I got a bunny shaped Ferrero Rocher holder, that holds 13. I gave my grandmother 3 and my uncle 2. And I've had 2 so far. I also got 3 Almond filled chocolates, a Russell Stover Pecan and & caramel filled chocolate, 3 Cadbury cream eggs, 1 Baby Ruth egg, 2 small bags of Cadbury Mini Eggs, a bunny shaped chocolate, and 4 Dove truffle eggs. :D I also got a toy chick that peeps, and a purple bunny toy. I like purple. :D Scooorrrreeee!!! (I asked my mom to find me some Carbury chocolate cream eggs, but she couldn't find any, thay only had the Caramel filled ones *bleagh* and the regular cream filled ones. I will always go for the cream ones if I can't find the chocolaste cream ones.)

I'm stopping myself now at only two Ferrero Rochers and two Almond filled Hersheys. It'll still almost all be gone by tomorrow night. *chocoholic dreamy smile*

Happy Halloween!

At three this afternoon I am going to watch Most Haunted Live! I love the show Most Haunted, but these past three days I've seen the Live version. I can't believe that Derek is leaving the show. Is he going to stay on for the non live shows? Or is he leaving all of them? I am most upset.

I will be watching the live video feed on the computer, plus record what will be happening on the TV. The computer bits are the ones I like most anyway, but watching all four gets annoying, and when I watch just one I miss stuff happening elsewhere. Most frustrating.

I have my string of purple lights on. It's just hanging in my room, but I like it. I suppose I could put the other one up too, but I don't feel like going to that much trouble for a string of light. I will go my cauldron later tonight though.I wish I had a hook in this room somewhere so I could hang it from the ceiling.

I thought I would have a costume and a place to go, but I don't. so I shall have to listen to the dogs bark every time the door bell rings. I am not going to be one of the people in this house giving out candy.

I might do a scary/ghost/demon movie marathon of my DVDs, but I don't know. The ones I really want are at my mothers. What I have at the moment are: Stephen King's Rose Red, Pirates of the Caribbean, Young Frankenstein, The Haunting(with Liam Neeson), Sleepy Hollow, Queen of the Damned, Hellboy, LEG, The Scorpion King, and Beetlejuice. On VHS I have: Practical Magic, Bram Stoker's Dracula(with Gary Oldman), Blade 1&2, John Carpenter's Vampires, Interview with a vampire, The Crow, Warlock(with Julian Sands), and The Nightmare Before Christmas.

So many choices, so little time.

Hello all.

I stil live. I just don't write here much anymore. I do read my friends journals though, even if I don't comment. I also made a new entry in my other LJ. Those of you who know about it, it's just an update like this one, but about fics.

The only thing really new going on in my life is that my kitty Chris is one year old and she went into heat earlier this week/end of last week. she is now out of it, but we can't get her fixed until the third week of next month. It sucks, but I'll deal.

For the last two weeks I have been rearranging my room again. It isn't as cluttered as it was. I now have the chest-of-drawers that goes with my desk. It has my TV on top of it. I'll be putting my clothes in it soon as well. I've been meaning to do that. Maybe mow I can remember to do it. I moved my half chaise to the foot of my bed, and put a storage unit where the chaise was, next to my door. My room is now more open than it was.

Well, I'm off for another indeterminate time.

My computer is now in my room!! ^____^ I'm happy about that. Especially since I had to get my grandmother to help me bring it in here. She got the PC, while I got the monitor. then I got the rest of the stuff and hooked it all up. When I finally plugged the damned thing in, it turned on by itself. I wasn't expecting that. Well, I'm now a happy camper, so I'll go computer.

I was on IM yesterday, but I didn't see anyone to talk to, so I got off.

I haven't been on today, because we're having thunder storms, and tons of rain. *Woohoo! I love this weather. ^_^* We're supposed to have more rain and storms tonight and tomorrow. We might have sun on thursday, but I'm doubting it. Right now we're having a Flood Watch 'til 12:00AM

Hi all. Well, the AC is now fixed! I was cold all night! ^__^

Now, for the Crap! part of the message. My computer is dying again. -_- I hate this. It kept not wanting to load earlier. And then it decided it wanted to go off and then come back on a few times too.

So, I will either have my comp on all the time, or it will soon be off permanently.

I've just sent a message to my grandfather's sister, asking if the offer of her old PC still stands. I hope she'll get back to me soon.

I hope she still has it! It's been a while, and she did move earlier this year.

It's so hooootttt.... blah :( I think that the AC is dead. It was hot yesterday too. My room is a den of heat. And it's cool outside, but in here it's hot. I'm going to have to take a shower later. Not only because I'm going to be going to the store w/ my grandmother, but because it might cool me down some. I hope.

This is ridiculous. I have fans going in my room, and it's still hot. I tried laying down, but all that does is make all the sweat go to all the places that are touching the bed.
