(no subject)

Well, I've had a semiproductive day. My grandmother and I went to Walmart and then the grocery store. At Walmart I got a new shirt, a new pair of shorts, two new DVDs: Queen of the Damned, and X2, a three pack of video tapes, and a three shelf bookcase that I can't have in my room yet.
I was almost finished putting the shelf together, when I noticed I did something wrong. I put one of the bottom/top shelves on upside-down.
*sigh*
I had already nailed on the backing, so I had to fight the nails to get enough off. I eventually got fed up and just ripped the backing some. Then I had to get the shelf separated from the rest. I had gotten all but one corner off. Guess what happened when I banged on that last corner to get it free! Yup, I hit myself in the face with a corner of the shelf. I now have a swollen, split lip.
I got the shelf in correctly a few seconds later. Then I took out my pain on the nails as I hammered them back in, and added some more.
Well, I guess tat's all that's been going on with me. No wait, I've one more thing. I've been sick since the 10th. Isn't that just wonderful? I also lost my voice for a couple of days. It's sorta back now, but my grandmother apparently can't understand me sometimes.
